    I don't fully understand what is so hard about answering the phone? I've been given the run around about my glasses for over a month now. Just give me my glasses that I PAID FOR for give me my money back.
    The lady over Diagnostic's really needs to find a new job. I'm super glad you get to sit on your butt all day long and do nothing as you explained to me earlier. You're useless. Find something that isn't in customer service.
